Signal Room
A calmer command center for teams making high-stakes infrastructure decisions.
Making the important signal easier to see
Infrastructure teams rarely suffer from a lack of data. The harder problem is deciding what deserves attention, who should act, and what context they need to move with confidence.
Signal Room is an exploration of a decision workspace that turns fragmented operational inputs into a shared, legible queue.
What I explored
I started with three recurring jobs: spotting a material change, understanding its likely impact, and coordinating the next decision. The concept keeps those jobs in one narrative thread rather than scattering them across tabs.
The interface is intentionally opinionated. It emphasizes changes, confidence, and ownership while keeping the source material close enough to inspect.
What I would test next
The riskiest assumption is trust. A useful prototype would test when teams accept a recommendation, when they inspect its evidence, and what language helps them understand uncertainty without slowing them down.
